Just as our forebears have decreed, the community are the true source of creativity in this corner of the internet.
As such we want to promote and encourage all forms of content & creations for this game of ours through a Third Party license, that is free and open to anyone, without having to wait for our approval.
Our only caveats are that you follow the rules outlined here so as the be in line with our licences.
This will allow you to be able to publish for free or sell your wares wihout us taking a cut!
Also always make sure to conform to other 3rd party licenses that may occur such as those from Mork Borg on which WraithBorn has been based.

The RULES:

If you adhere to these terms you are allowed to publish free or commercial material based upon and/or declaring compatibility with WRAITHBORN without express permission from either Theatre Macabre Ltd or Hamilton.

You cannot re-use any of the art from our books, apart from those placed in our assets file located at this address here
These images & templates are only allowed to be used in works directly relating to WRAITHBORN and its Worlds, and not for any other property or project.
These images cannot be altered in any way, except to crop or scale.
These images cannot be used for the cover art of any project.
4.
The mechanics and game rules of WRAITHBORN may be reused and referenced freely
5.
Your Product cannot use the ‘Theatre Macabre’ or WRAITHBORN, ‘Role Play in the Shadowed Realm of the Undead’ logos, unless you have our explicit permission.
6.
You can use the ‘Compatible With WraithBorn’ Logo. Which can be found here.
7.
You cannot try to promote, or produce your work in such a way that it appears to be an official WRAITHBORN product, or that it is any way endorsed by Theatre Macabre Ltd or Hamilton, if you have not already got our permission to do so.

Hamilton & Theatre Macabre Ltd take no responsibility for any legal claims against any of your content or products.
9.
Any legal disputes, controversies or claims related to this license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain & Northern Island and be settled by a British court.

Text from our books may not be reused or translated, unless you have our explicit permission. This does not include the names of creatures, locations and entities of the game world

You must place the following text somewhere visible in the publication, and on any website or storefront where the product is displayed or promoted:

You may not use any of the WRAITHBORN content, text or art for NFTs or CryptoCurrency.

We reserve the right to remove and update this licence at any time. & to revoke this license from content that is deemed harmful or hateful to any peoples.
No Racism, Sexism, Transphobia, Homophobia, Abelism is warranted in any products that wish to use this license.
No AI Generated Slop will be allowed to use this license.
